RETURNS POLICY
Product returns are allowed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, as long as the item is in perfect condition, in addition, the box and the contents of the products must be kept intact, in perfect condition, with the warranty seal, etc. and returned properly protected and packaged. Shipping and return costs are to be paid by the customer. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. Upon receipt of the product in perfect condition and original packaging, © La Belleza del Alma will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt.
If the product does not correspond to the one ordered or arrives in poor condition, La Belleza del Alma will process the collection of the product and pay the amount of the order, provided that notice is given within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the goods.

The order will not leave our facilities until the payment is in our account, or we have proof of payment via email from your bank confirming the payment.
Our company does not store or have access to your card details at any time, as this is done directly in the bank’s virtual payment system. We recommend that you ensure the confidentiality of your data at all times.
SHIPPING
www.labellezadelalma.es offers you the possibility of receiving the purchased products directly at your home or at the place of your choice. We work with the courier company ASM, selected according to strict criteria of professionalism and guarantee for our customers.
All shipments are insured so that the customer does not run any risk and can always receive their products in perfect condition.
ASM will notify by SMS the delivery time of the order. In case of doubt, you can call the agency’s telephone number 91 282 02 02 70 and they will inform you of the status of your order.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address, not the billing address, after payment has been confirmed.
The delivery time is 24 hours for the ASM24 option and 48-72 hours for the ECONOMY shipping option, for orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday).
Once the order has been prepared and before it leaves for transport, an e-mail will be sent to the address indicated by the customer advising of the dispatch of the order.
No more than 10 units of the same product will be shipped without prior notice from the customer and agreement from us.
